Is the EU AI Act already in force?
Yes. Enforcement of the core transparency rules — chatbot disclosure, deepfake labelling, and AI-generated content watermarking under Article 50 — began August 2, 2026. High-risk system obligations under Annex III apply from December 2, 2027 following the 2026 Omnibus.
Why do I need a compliance scan instead of doing it manually?
The Act spans 15 detailed requirement areas — risk management, data governance, technical documentation, record-keeping, human oversight, and more. Manually auditing code, configuration, and dependencies against all of them is slow, error-prone, and expensive. Our scanner checks your whole codebase in minutes and produces an evidence-based report.
What fines am I exposed to?
Up to €35 million or 7% of global annual revenue for prohibited practices, €15 million or 3% for most other violations, and €7.5 million or 1.5% for supplying incorrect information to authorities. Authorities can also order your product withdrawn from the EU market.
Is my code safe to upload?
Yes. Scanning runs against your files locally — your source code only leaves your machine if you explicitly upload it. We never store or share your code, and we recommend reviewing the report and remediation plan before sharing anything internally.
What payment methods do you accept?
All subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UPI. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
What does the compliance score mean?
Your score (0–100%) measures coverage against the EU AI Act requirement engine. It tells you exactly which requirements you satisfy and which are at risk, with prioritized remediation steps so you know what to fix first.
